Our residents are the lifeblood of our business. Because we own all our own properties, we don’t focus on serving owners over residents … you are our only clients, and we’ll always treat you like the most important thing. Because you are. Our largest apartment complex is a 13-unit residence, making all of our buildings small and intimate. The rest are two and three family properties, preserving the neighborly feel of all our residences.

We make online payments and maintenance requests easy, so that no matter how much money you make, you can easily navigate the rental process. We also provide Section 8 housing, and our homes are located close to NJ Transit Bus Stops throughout the city as well so navigating your neighborhood will always be easy.
